Do You Provide a Title List for DVDs?
Due to the amount of inventory that we ship on a daily basis, and the constant release of new movies, we cannot provide a detailed listing of the 100 titles that you will receive. We can assure you that the NEW release lot is made up of all the recent NEW releases of 2009.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 4 business days for our customers to receive an order. Orders are shipped immediatley after payment post(inwhich takes 2 days). It may also depend on your location. We have two warehouses that we ship out of.
What if I don't like my ordered Merchandise?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will forward you a returns form. You must complete the returns form and fax to RETURNS PROCESSING at:(206)350-3840. We will respond with details on how to return the merchandise. We will refund your money upon receiving the merchandise, providing that the packaging is in tact as was when shipped, and there is no damage to the merchandise in any form.
What are your hours?
Our Order Entry and Administrative Offices are open Monday-Friday during the hours of 11am-6pm eastern time.
However, the operating times of our order entry department may change fequently due to staffing needs.
Our warehouses operate Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm eastern time.
